''Hôtel Costes, Vol. 9'' is a downtempo/lounge album compiled and mixed by Stéphane Pompougnac, resident DJ of the highly fashionable Parisian cafe/restaurant, Hôtel Costes. "The Ballad of Sacco and Vanzetti" was the second song from Pompougnac's 2007 album ''Hello Mademoiselle'' to debut on a ''Costes'' album. The song is a cover of "Here's to You" from the soundtrack of the 1970 Italian film ''Sacco e Vanzetti'', while the title "The Ballad of Sacco and Vanzetti" belongs to a different song from the film.
